Sometimes our old approaches stop working for us. We may experience significant depression and anxiety, or just a loss of enjoyment and an emptiness in our everyday lives. Increasingly we get the sense that something has to change – either the people around us, or – we have to do it ourselves.
A friend of mine once said to me “only a baby with a wet diaper loves change”! I think he was right – most of us only move forward when we have to. Our partners push us, drinking or substance abuse is getting out of hand, the children are rebelling or friends and colleagues react to us in ways we do not like.
It is my experience that most people who suffer in their lives feel that they are not fully alive. Some spark, some depth is missing. What happened? What truth wants to be understood? Where is the next step? Let’s find out! Here you can find my approach to the work.
